Logging in to your Instructor Network account allows you to access all the great features and tools available exclusively to instructors.

In this guide, I will walk you through the instructor network login process, including resetting your password, enabling two-factor authentication, troubleshooting issues, and getting help if you need it.

Creating an Instructor Network Account

Before you can log in, you’ll first need to register for an Instructor Network account if you don’t already have one. There are a couple of ways to do this:

Registering with Your Email

The easiest way is to provide your name, and email address, and create a secure password. This will create your account profile tied directly to your email.

Logging In with Google or Facebook

Alternatively, you can register using your existing Google or Facebook account. This automatically imports some of your profile information and contacts. Once registered, you can begin logging in to access instructor tools and features.

Resetting Your Instructor Network Login Password

If you’ve forgotten your Instructor Network password, you can easily reset it:

Every login page has a “Forgot password?” link. Click this, enter your associated email, and you’ll receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

You can also contact Instructor Network customer support directly and they can help reset your password after verifying your identity. Resetting your password is quick and simple if you ever get locked out of your account.

Two-Factor Authentication

What do I do if I never get the password reset email?

Double-check that you are using the email associated with your Instructor Network account. Also, check your spam folder. If it is still not there, contact customer support. They can verify your information and resend the password reset email.

Can I use a VPN or proxy server to log in?

Generally, logging in through a VPN or proxy server should work fine. For security reasons, some IP addresses associated with VPNs or proxies may be blocked. If you are unable to log in, try disabling the VPN or proxy and connecting directly.

How do I change the email associated with my account?

In your account settings, click “Update Email”. Verify your identity, and enter and confirm your new email. An email will be sent to confirm the change. Click the link and your account email will be updated.

I enabled two-factor authentication but no longer have that mobile device. What do I do?

You will need to contact Instructor Network customer support. They can disable two-factor authentication after verifying your identity through alternate means. Once disabled, you can re-enable it with your new mobile device.

Is the mobile app the same as the desktop experience?

The core functionality is the same. Some more advanced tools may not be available or may be limited to the mobile app. However, all login methods, account settings, and primary features are identical. For the full desktop experience, we recommend logging in on a computer.
